Post Covid postal delays are still being experienced and are expected both internationally and local. We are not responsible for any delays due to customs or TGA clearance checks.

For physical products:

Providing there is current stock of an item, dispatch will occur within 3-5 business days of payment. Items are sent via Australia Post with signature and are subject to any disruptions that these carriers may have.
You can expect delivery within 4-21 working days if stock is available.

If there is a delay due to stock shortage or availability, the purchaser will be notified via email within 3-5 business days.

The delivery time varies, depending on the purchasers choice of delivery.

Within Australia the PowerTube delivery is included and sent Express Post via Australia Post signature required.
For deliveries outside of Australia: Express shipping is used however once the package leaves Australia we can not guarantee the destination country delivery service. You can expect delivery within four to twenty-one working days.
When ordering on our website outside of Australia, purchases may be subject to import duty in your country. Currently there is no import duty charged from Australia to the US but countries in Europe and the UK may charge import duty from items purchased outside your country/region, and over a set value. Currently the value of the Australian dollar against many currencies such as the pound and euro still makes this worthwhile. If a package is refused and returned to us, the purchaser remains liable for postage costs.

Downloads will be available upon payment unless otherwise stated.

Sales Taxes:
Once you have selected your seminar or product sales tax is then added in accordance with the tax rates for that country. Medical Devices registered under TGA are exempt from GST.
New Zealand Dollars: 15% GST (Goods & services tax)
Australian Dollars: 10% GST (Goods & services tax)

Refund Policy

In the event of a missing or incorrect item, please contact us immediately for assessment regarding either a refund or a rectification of the problem.

In the event of receiving a damaged item, please contact us immediately for assessment regarding either a refund or a replacement of the damaged goods.

All sales are final under applicable laws. Frequency Academy reserves the right to warn, limit or decline returns or exchanges regardless of whether the customer has a receipt. All Non-Receipt returns are subject to a verification process. Customers are encouraged to retain their purschase receipts. All decisions regarding returns are subject to applicable laws.

What does this limited warranty cover?
This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.
During the Warranty Period, the manufacturer Famedtec will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

What will we do to correct problems?
The manufacturer Famedtec will either replace or repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts after assessment of the returned product.

How long does the coverage last?
The Warranty Period for PowerTube purchased from Famedtec is 2 years from the date of purchase.
A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good or 2 years from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

What does this limited warranty not cover?
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:
Conditions, water damage, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship
Damage of a product resulting from negligence
Damage of a product resulting from unauthorized modification of the product
Damage caused by natural disaster
Theft or loss of the product
Shipping fees for returned product
